>> Appearance !Hair:Most of the time you will find Nina with her hair down, hung loosely about five inches passed her shoulders. Her hair was straight at one point, but decided that she wanted to introduce life into it by adding curls and waves into it. It's naturally blonde and added a few streaks of highlights into it. She loves her hair, it's soft and easy to manage.
Eyes:Nina's eyes are very blue. If the sun hits them the right way, they look as if they are a clear blue-ish color, almost as if they were white. Her eyebrows are thinly shaped, to match the almond shape of her eyes.
Height: Nina stands about five feet seven inches tall
Weight: one hundred and twenty five pounds.
Body type: She has a thin and athletic body, how she stays in shape is by working, eating healthy, and working out as much as she can and when she can. Normally, you will find Nina, in the summer she wears t-shirts and tank tops, shorts and skirts with sandles or flip flops. In the winter time, you will see her in sweatpants, jeans, sweaters and long sleeve shirts with tennis shoes or boots.
Distinct features: Her nose is not really something she's fond of. In her own opinion, it seems like it's too big for her face. Her lips on the other hand are fine. Medium shaped and semi-full. Her complexion is tan because she spends most of her time outside in the sun. Many have questioned if she had sun poisoning or skin cancer because of how long she stays outside. The only thing that stands out is the little mole on the side of her cheek, not far from her lips. Her parents called it a beauty mark, Nina calls it a fashion statement. Don't ask why, she just thinks it's awesome and makes her stand out more.

Biography:Nina was born on February 20th, to Chance and Elizabeth Jacobs, two very loving people. Chance worked for the Ministry and Elizabeth was a shop owner at one point before a group of Dark wizards destroyed her shop and murdered her. Nina was only five at the time of her mothers death. So it was just her and her father from then on. Nina and her father moved around London and the Greater UK. Having to grow up without a mother was hard for her because the only person she could rely on was her father. He never did marry again after her mother. So Nina pretty much had to wing it. Though there was a woman, Liana Brinkley, that her father was friends with, to Nina she was like an Aunt to her. It was nice of Liana to help Nina learn the ways of a woman.
By the time Nina turned eleven, she blossomed into a beautiful girl. Through her first year Nina made some friends and got herself caught up in Quidditch along with other extra curricular activities. It was a rough year for her, but with her father and Liana by her side, she was able to maintain good grades and focus. As years passed, Nina did well and excelled in Herbology and Potions, they were her best subjects. She did well in other subjects, but those were her two favorite subjects. Sometimes she would sneak out in the middle of the night to go to the library to read. She was a bookworm, but it did her good. Nina was a very intelligent girl, who had her head on straight.
Now she wasn't perfect, she did get into trouble a few times for sneaking out. She also received detention for starting a food fight in the Great Hall too, one of the plates ended up hitting her Head of House in the head, causing him to get stitches. During her fifth year, Nina started thinking ahead and began to prepare for her future. Things like what she wanted to do as a career, what she would need to do before getting that sort of job. Just little things like that. Her father always made it clear to Nina that thinking about the future was essential to her life. If she didn't prepare for it, then she wouldn't have the life she deserved and earned. Though like every girl, preparing for her life wasn't the only thing she did, she's dated around and had her heart broken, but eventually got herself back together.
She was never one to dwell on things for too long, it cramped her style. Yes, Nina had style. After Nina turned seventeen, she worked part time with the Herbology and Potions Professor. Something like an apprentice. When she graduated, Nina continued to stay at Hogwarts to learn more about her two favorite subjects so that she had a better understanding of both of them. Two years had passed which made Nina at this point, nineteen. When she found out that the Potions Professor was leaving, she put in a request for the job but found out that someone else had already requested the position and had received it. But was offered the position to become the Charms Professor. Nina without hesitation took the position..

As Nina sat waiting patiently for the trial to begin, she thought back to the day in her office when the girls told her. It was a sad way to grow up and Nina having been brought up in a loving home, could only imagine what it was like. She truly felt bad for them, what kind of parents could do that to their own children, especially Jaylee and Maisty. They were sweet girls, but they did have some anger issues in which she could not blame them for. She would have been the same way if this were all occurring like it was. The doors to the court room opened, Nina turned to see the girls being escorted to a seat far away from her and their parents. Looking at Jaylee and then to Maisty, she sighed softly and faced the Minister once again. The words 'shall we start then' echoed through the room. Nina glanced up at the Minister and nodded, then looked at the girls parents. Seeing their father smiling the way he did, it made her blood boil and caused a hatred expression to cross her face. Turning back to the Minister as he waited for her to answer, Nina replied "Yes Minister, I'm ready sir."
"Very well then. Let's start." he said as he looked around the room. First he looked at the girls, then looked at the parents then glanced to Nina. "Today we are here to decide what is going to happen with these children...." he managed to get out before Nina had interrupted him. With a disturbed look upon his face, he retreated his thoughts and listened to what she had to say. Obviously it was important, otherwise she wouldn't have done that.
"With consideration your Excellency, I don't believe these children should go back to their parents. Having been informed of what goes on back at their residence, I believe it would be the worst thing you could do. They have been tormented, abused and emotionally wrecked. For the best interest of the children, I believe they would have a fighting chance at life if they were to stay with me." Nina explained. "Ms. Jacobs, are you a parent?" the Minister asked her. Nina looked at him and shook her head "No sir, I'm not a parent. But in all honesty, I'm just like one. I have hundreds of kids that look up to me and look to me for help. Relying on me for support and direction. So you might as well say that I am." she said to him.
Glancing back to Jaylee and Maisty with a smile upon her face, she looked over at their parents again with a heated expression, she turned back to the Minister and waited for him to speak. "I can't argue with that Ms. Jacobs. But what makes you think you can care for these children and provide what they need constantly?" he inquired curiously. "Sir, I have been caring and providing for them on a daily basis. For Jaylee since she started back here at Hogwarts and for Maisty when I found out she was in my school." Nina replied with a soft tone. She wanted nothing more than for the girls to be safe and well taken care of. "I just don't think sending these girls back with their parents would be a wise idea, I think their reactions to seeing their parents is proof enough not to make you think why don't they want to be with them." Nina turned lifting her hand toward the girls. "I think actions speak louder than words, your honor."
