Domina slid silently into a seat in the back. There was not many students who were really in the class. She placed the book she was reading as she walked in the class shut and listened to the talk of the teacher and student. She would rather not talk or intrude on there conversation, So she began to flip through the potion book they were given seeing what was in it and so. She liked potions and the teacher interested her slightly more then the subject did. Flipping her red hair behind a ear she studied the two who were talking hoping they didn't notice her. The student looked familiar but alas she could not remember her. She fished in her bag for a quill and ink.She then started to really hear what the student was saying. Oh she was lily potter, that was where she remembered her. This teacher was asking about them! now she really hoped he would not see her, it was like transferring to a new school in the middle of the year, not that she ever did that. Really she wasn't bad or good at anything in her opinion. Domina shrank into her chair and desk even more. She was shy around new people and would rather be alone then be thrust into something so bold as this.

Chasity had entered the classroom in the dungeon (why did there have to be classes in the dungeon?) almost late, but she took a seat near the back and quietly observed those around her. The professor seemed strange, but then again, a lot of the Hogwarts teachers were. He questioned Lily Potter, and the younger girl's confident answers irritated Chasity somewhat. Not bad at anything, she thought. Ha! Everyone has weaknesses, the daughter of Harry Potter included! James wasn't as conceited as his sister, but she'd heard they were very close. She studied the girl, and found herself comparing Lily to her brother. They didn't look alike, she decided, and didn't act alike. It was strange, but she didn't really know much about siblings, being an only child herself.
Then she turned and studied the professor. He looked tired, and messy. An unbecoming look for someone in authority, in her opinion. She was fairly sure she wouldn't like him. He was strange, but she would just have to deal with him.

"Domina Ferus Pariter, Ravenclaw, i am good at transfiguration, care for magical creatures, flying, and some others. Bad at herbology, charms, and Arithmancy, though i can name others those are the main. This is my first potion class." Domina said trying not to talk to much. When she got of a subject she could rant a lot. She flopped down back in her seat blushing slightly. She did hope her answer was OK. She liked this teacher slightly. Though he did make her stand up in front of the whole class he stood up and told lily she was being highly of herself. She herself would never have that trait knowing she was a wolf. She doodled this scene on a parchment she layed before her to remember it, She often did that while bored or waiting. Thinking of what she was bad at was a long list but really she thought that the things she said was good and simple. She folded her arms under her head and layed in on the crossing point. This resting spot made it easy to listen and see while relaxing. Focusing on the others she waited to see what would happen. Maybe it would be good.

Chasity sighed. This was why she hated first days. Introduce yourself, the professors say... Let's get to know each other, blah blah blah... When she spoke it was clear and confident. "I'm Chasity Atherton. Slytherin House. My last Potions professor informed me that I have quite a natural gift for potions." She then glanced at Lilly out of the corner of her eye, the girl was spectacularly good at everything she did... "I'm good at most things I do, and if I'm not, I just work at it. Persistence pays off in the long run, wouldn't you say? As for something I'm just bad at..." she sighed, then continued in a mock tragic voice. "I'm really, really horrid at Herbology. And Care of Magical Creatures simply eludes me." She twisted her hands up in a surrendering gesture. "However, we can't all be perfect, like Miss Potter... And what a tragedy that is, really." She smirked, and folded her hands on the desk in front of her.

NO NO NO NO emma thought silently as her supplies went flying in all directions. What good is it having your first class no more than a few yards away if you can't even get there in time. Her potions book last time she saw it was in her trunk, but those damn House Elves loved to move things around, just because I am not some corridanted danity thing. Stuffing quills and parchment quickly into her messenger bag, her eyes searched like a Niffler across the room.
In the midst of the trashed Slythrin dorm, peeking out under someone elses bed was a very familar purple book. "There you are, pesky.." snatching up the book, she stuffed it quickly into her bag before dashing out the door way and down and up the small steps until she came to the painting opening. Running like no tomarrow she finally made it to the Potions door way. No way will I be unnoticed, she thought silently, and then she figured...Hell.
Taking a deep breath, she opened the door and walked in, as if nothing fazed her in the slightest. She found her usual solo spot behind Chasity and got out her stuff, bracing herself for the Lune glare, but really was excited that this was how she was going to start out.

Lucy was late. Lucy was never late! She made a point to always be prompt to class. Today however, it looked as though she would not be. The reason for Lucy's tardiness was that she fell asleep whilst working on her Charms assignment. So here she was, racing down the corridor, her robes disheveled and her hair all over the place. Luckily she had finished her potions home work though, so she wouldnt lose points for that at least.
She hurried down towards the stair case, and headed down another hall. She turned again and headed down another, albeit smaller, flight of stairs towards the dungeons. Finally getting there she ran down the corridor till she found the classroom door. She took a deep breath and entered the room. She knew she was going to be in trouble with the Professor. She quietly shut the door and turned around and looked sheepishly at the Professor."Sorry Im late Sir. I fell asleep doing my charms work." she said looking at the floor, a blush heating her pale, freckled cheeks. She quietly, but quickly walked to a chair beside a Slytherin, and pulled out her book and some things to take notes with, trying her best to avoid looking at the teacher.
