And with a poof, Ted Lupin stumbled onto the back alley behind the Hogs Head. The Hogs Head was a peculiar bar, not many students went there. Ted avoided it most of his time at Hogwarts, as did most students. It wasn't that the place was bad, but the bar keeper was quite creepy, and no one really enjoyed his company. But why you may ask Theodore was in the small wizarding town right next to the famous Wizarding school in Scotland? Well to visit his family of course!

Well Ted didn't really have any blood family in the Hogshead, no he hated most of them since they were Blacks, pure bloods who seemed to hate anything to do with his grandmother, mother and father, who all happened to be dead now. No, he was here to visit his second family, the children of the household names, Potter and Weasley. He had been traveling around Europe for the last six months, and he promised his 'siblings and cousins' that he would visit them as soon as he returned. Well that was a lie, since he had been home for almost two weeks now, but with work and getting back with Victoire, there was a lot to be done.

Ted smiled his lopsided smile, the one he wore whenever he thought of Victoire Weasley, his girlfriend and the love of his life. Although they had a messy split up right before she set off for her seventh year due to the fact Ted was being stocked and threatened, they had made amends and were perfectly happy with one another again. But none of the 'youngsters' knew that, nor did they know she would be attending their soiree tonight. If you could call it that. Ted had sent a letter to James a few days ago asking him when their next Hogsmead visit was, and was lucky enough to get their first Hogsmead visit that weekend. Quickly the two made plans for not only James, but the entire Weasley and Potter clan to meet up at the Three Broom Sticks on Saturday. He didn't tell James anything about Victoire in his letters, although he pestered. He knew one thing though, James was bringing a girl along with him.

Ted smiled as he watched the students flow down from the castle into the streets, now being busied. James had always been a shy one, and not only did he worry about the shy boy, so did his parents. Of course, they never had to worry, since Ginny said she was sure James carried down Harry's charm, and look where he was today, with a girlfriend. He wondered if she was pretty, and if James had gotten a good snog out of her yet, but he decided it would be inappropriate to ask him in front of their families. James had always been like a little brother to Ted, and they were always close since Ted was only seven years older then him. Besides Vic and him, he was the oldest of the Potter/Weasley Clan.

As he stepped into the Three Broom Sticks. Ted noticed a fair amount of students had already gathered. He heard a few hollers to join a few people sitting down and a few flirtatious girls (thank god Vic wasn't there yet) asking him if he wanted a drink, which he politely declined before he bumped into a bartender. "Well if it isn't Theodore Lupin!" she said and Ted smiled down at Rosalia. "Hey there Rose, long time no see eh?" Ted laughed along with Rose. "My my Ted, what brings you to Hogsmead?" she asked him, handing a few drinks to some students. "Here to see the family, I just got back from my tour 'round Europe." Ted said and she looked back, his face a little shocked. "All of them?" she asked and Ted nodded with a laugh. She groan and looked to a tall, balding man behind the bar. "Todd, get some tables together will yah?" he laughed and went to do his job. ted grinned down at Rose and she shook her head. "Seriously, one has to wonder whats with you guys, there has to be at least twenty of you!" she said, heading to the back of the bar. Ted shook his head and walked over to the table where Todd was setting up the tables.

Ted gave the man a galleon after much protest and Ted shook him off. One thing that had a advantage to being an Auror was the fact that they got paid quite handsomely. Ted took his place at the head of the table, leaving a spot open next to him for James and Victoire and leaned back in his chair, thinking of how the younger girls would be squealing for about 20 minutes before they calmed down and backed off of him. He chuckled though, happy that he was finally back. It had been too long, and so far, this day looked promising.

With a small popping noise, Victoire Weasley Apparated a little ways up the road from the Shrieking Shack. She frowned, seeing where she ended up. It hadn't been her orginal destination. Vic had wanted to be closer to the Three Broomsticks, where Ted told her to meet him. They were having a get together with the family. Well, her family but, Ted had always been apart of that. Perhaps, Victorie ended up in the wrong place because of her mind. She thoughts were a bit scattered today. Mostly, she thought about Ted. Vic was so, so elated that he had returned. Even more so, she was happy that they were now back together like it should be. Everything seemed to be right now. She wasn't in that dark place anymore. Victoire was back to her bright, happy, smiling self again.

As Vic started walking up the road to the Three Broomsticks, she started thinking again. Actually, she thought of the minutes of sqealing and giggling that were bound to come from her younger female cousins when they say Ted, and then found out or figured that the two were back together. For the past few days, Ted and Victoire had kept it a secret. They wanted to spend every waking and non-waking moment they could together. It only seemed fitting to tell a majority of their cousins at once. Then, naturally, word would spread and then everyone else would know. All that would be left was for Victoire to personally go see her mother and tell. She was half dreading that. Vic knew what Fleur's reaction woudl be. A big fat 'I told you you two were meant together' and then...she was dive into the wedding planning, again. That was the part she wanted to avoid. As much as Victoire wanted Ted to propose, she knew they were ready but, it was just something that had to be held off for awhile.

As she neared the pub, Vic's bright, blue eyes scanned the students walking in different directions. They must have only started arriving into Hogsmeade minutes ago so, it wouldn't take long to see her cousins. With a sigh, she headed into the Three Broomsticks. Just as she expected, there were quite a few tables lined up together. Vic could only assume they were there for them. Plus, she saw her Teddy sitting there, waiting. Instantly, Victoire smiled and calmly walked over to him. After all, it had only been a few hours since they last say each other and yet, she missed him horribly in those hours. "Hi,"

Ted had jokingly warned Vic not to spend so much time "doing her hair" so she wouldn't be late, as it was a habit of hers. This time, Victoire planned on being on time, and was.

[James Potter]

It was the first Hogsmeade visit of the year for Hogwarts students, and James Potter was extremely excited to go. It never was too much of a big deal to him, since he had been going since his third year, but this day held a special occasion. His favorite cousin, well not literally... more like adopted, was meeting him at the Three Broomsticks. Ted Lupin had been travelling all across Eurpoe for the past six years. When Harry wrote James telling him Ted was back in town, he immidiately owled Ted asking when they could meet up. Well finally the day had come and James just couldn't contain his anticipation.

There was a bit of a nervousness to him though. James promised Penny that he'd take her with him... to meet his entire family. Well, most of them. Still though, he and Penny were still in that awkward stage of 'are we dating or not?' At least thats what it seemed like. James had a knack for making things a bit more awkward than they should be. He was surprised that Penny wasn't fed up with him yet.

So together they traveled down to Hogsmeade on the crisp September day. Autumn was James' favorite season, not too hot and not too cold. He grinned the whole way there until they started walking through the streets towards the litte pub. His stomach turned over a few times from nervousness. What's Ted gonna say? he thought. If he says anything smart I'll hex him into next week...

It was quite crowded in there, being that The Three Broomsticks was the choice hang out place for most students. Then once the whole Potter and Weasley clan came in, it was wall to wall madness. Sometimes James thought they would give the bartender a heart attack, but he always pulled through.

In the center of the room there were a bunch of tables lined up, with the one and only Teddy Lupin sitting at the head... joined by Victoire? James beamed to hide his smirk. They had been on and off dating while back in school, then Ted just disappeared for a while, but now James hoped they were back together. They were perfect for each other, as much as it made him was to vomit. James assuringly gripped Penny's hand before letting it go once they reached the table.

"Hey Ted! Victoire!" James said with a smile. He hurried over to them to give them each a hug. "It's so great to see you!

First Hogsmeade trip of the year! well that would have made Penny vaguely excited, had it not been for the fact that she had an overwhelming sick feeling of anxiety stinging her stomach.. Today she was going to meet the whole Potter/Weasley family.. And that was daunting, even if she was usually a confident person. What if they think I'm an idiot?! What if I SAY something to 'confirm' that im an idiot!?...

Now she was walking down to the small village with James, No backing out now! not that she would anyway. What kind of impression would that give? She inwardly cringed at the thought..

On some level, she was glad that she would meet them at this particular gathering. Apparently it was all in aid of their 'practically family' member, Theodore Lupin, who was back from his Europian travels or something, either way, it would mean more attention focussed on him, and less on Penny. Or she hoped anyways..

Her mind was wherring away as they walked towards the Three Broomsticks, their meeting place of choice. How they would all fit into that place, Penny wasnt sure, she knew there was a fair few of them attending.. Oh my gods were James' parents going to be there?! oh jeez... That was an oversight. A fresh wave of anxiety washed over her as she pondered over this thought..

Confident. Just be confident! Her mind was yelling, but then she didnt want to be overly confident. Then she'd look ignorant or pompous.. oh gods.. What am I doing?! She subtly rolled her eyes at herself, overanalyzing the situation, like usual...

Eventually they both entered the Three Broomsticks, and Penny wasnt sure whether she was releived or concerned by the fact that there was only two of them that had arrived so far. Gripping James' hand somewhat tighter than usual, she followed him over to the table, where he swiftly let go of her hand, and Penny got a horrible sinking feeling, like she was watching her life boat sail away without her...

"Hey Ted! Victoire! It's so great to see you!" Penny watched with a smile as James greeted them both and hugged them each in turn. Shaking off her previous worries, Penny smiled brightly, "HI.. I'm Penny." she said with a small nervous giggle and a swift wave of her hand.

[Chasity Atherton]

Chasity had been hanging around, wondering what to do with this lovely day, when she saw James. She hadn't seen him around much the last week or so, and she decided today would be a good day to do so. It was then that she saw the girl with him. Of course, he had a girlfriend. She'd heard that around school. Her name was... Penny something. A Ravenclaw. She narrowed her eyes slightly, considering whether or not to say hi to James with her there, then shrugged it off. They were just friends, after all. She took a few steps in that direction when James and Penny entered The Three Broomsticks. "Shit..." she muttered. "Go, or leave?" She mulled it over in her mind for a moment, then nodded. "Go."

She walked into the pub just in time to see James greeting some people she didn't really know... And his sister, Lily, a girl on her serious dislike list. She was about to walk up and say hello anyway, when she decided she was an idiot, and instead sat down at the counter and ordered a butterbeer. She glanced back at him and his group once, then went over how much of an idiot she was for following him in here.

Ted had been waiting for around ten minutes until Vic finally showed up. He beamed as she kissed his cheek and reach under the table for her hand as soon as she sat down. "You were right.." he looked around to make they weren't found out. "love." he smiled her crooked smile as he said love. It had bee so good to get back together after everything that happened. "I've missed you." he whispered, squeezing her hand before he heard the door open and he tuned, seeing a dark hair boy and in tow, a pretty girl. It could only be James Potter. He gave Vic's hand a tight squeeze before getting up and greeting his 'brother'.

"Jamsie!" He said, giving him a bear hug. "My my! You've grown man!" he laughed, letting him go to go and hug Victoire. He looked at the girl and could only assume it was the girl James raved on about in his letters. He gave an evil smirk and a hitch eyebrow to James before smiling friendly at Penny. Oh yes, he'd had fun with this one. He could almost feel Vic's glare in his back as he smriked at James. As the girl introduced herself as Penny, Ted smiled and waved back. "Nice to meetcha Penny. I'm Ted and this is Vikki." he said, winking as his secret girlfriend, well secret for the moment, knowing she hated when introduced her like that.

Next thing he knew his little 'sister' burst into the Three Broomsticks and with one swift moment she had attempted to tackle him. Training paid off, and he only swooped her up into a bear hug, lifting her off her feet and laughing. "Lily bo Billy! Fe Fi fo Filly! I've missed you!" he laughed placed her on the ground, and upon request changed his hair to a bright pink color. He almost forgot about Penny prescence for a moment until he felt her eyes on his hair. "Oh sorry, I forgot to mention I'm a metamorphagus. You know, ability to change appearence at will?" he asked, now flicking his hair into different shades of the rainbow, different patterns until finally returning to the mousy brown he knew a certain blonde loved.

[Lucy Weasley]

Lucy skipped down the path. It was a Hogsmeade weekend and her cousins were coming in to the village which meant their would be a huge family reunion as per usual. Lucy loved times like this where everyone got together, it was always fun, and one could count on something interesting happening. She continued down the path humming a little tune, she was happy right now and she doubted that anything could put her out of sorts at the present time.

She finally got to the village and started to take the long trek to the Three Broomsticks. She giggled to herself wondering what the owner's reaction was when she heard that almost everyone opf the kids in the family would be coming to the pub. It must of been pretty interesting. Lucy's smile widened as she saw the sign to the pub, and she practially started running. she burst through the doors with a wide smile before squealing"Teddy! Vic!" and plowing straight into Teddy first giving him a rather large hug."Vic your next!" she said giving Vic a wide grin."HI James! HI Penny! Hi Lily!" she said giggling as she let go of Ted."Your turn Vic!" she said giving the woman a large hug also. She let go and then smiled around at everyone."So how's it going guys?" she asked.

Victoire beamed at Ted. She was overly excited to tell everyone the happy news. This seemed like the perfect time to do it. At the same time, she kind of liked the secret hand holding under the table business. No, she had to tell them. It not, Victoire was pretty positive one of the girls would figure it out before the afternoon was over. " I'm always right," she replied to Teddy, with a small smirk. Even though they had only been apart a short period to time, Vic had missed Ted as well. "Me too," she whispered back as the door swung open.

Vic smiled upon seeing it was James to first arrive. Oh yes, that's right. James was bringing someone with him. Her eyes momentarily skipped over James and went to the girl. They only left the girl as James came to give her a hug. "Hi James," she greeted him as they hugged. As Victoire let go of James, she immediately crossed her arms and glared at Ted. She absolutely hated it when anyone called her Vikki, well, on rare occassions she let it slide with Ted. This time, was not one of them. Victoire sighed and simple playfully pushed Ted out of the way. "Victoire..or Vic, just not Vikki. Just ignore what Ted says. It's nice to meet you, Penny," she said, extending her hand to shake Penny's.

Victoire had to giggle at Lily's tackle toward Ted. She was slightly surprised that Lily so eagerly hugged her more but, she should have expected it. Lily was sort of like another sister to Victoire, since Lily didn't have a sister the connection was quite natural. "Oh Lily, you didn't have to get me anything." Vic glanced at Ted, seeing him in pink hair, she giggled. There was more to that color than anyone else knew other than herself. Victoire set the back down on the table, opening it immediately and carefully. She glanced at Lily, and everyone else feeling slightly embarrassed. Victoire peeked down into the bag. Carefully, she pulled out the bags contents, a doll. This doll wasn't average. It was the most beautiful one Victoire had ever seen. When she was younger, she used to collect them, it was sort of a phase. Still, she liked them, a secret only known to Lily. It was of a fairy but, with the most beautiful long, black and white gown on. She had long dark hair, and held a boquet of flowers. "Lily, you really shouldn't have. She is beautiful. Thank you." Carefully, Victoire tucked the doll back in her bag before hugging Lily one more time.

It was hard to hide the slight cringe when Ted addressed him as Jamsie. That was his nickname in the family, and almost everyone called him that. It was a tad embarrassing now that Penny knew what it was. Honestly, he only liked it when Lily called him that. But he'd let Ted off the hook this time.

Thinking of Lily, she nearly busted down the door, with her usual smile on her face. She bombarded everyone with hugs. James chuckled. He loved his little sister, no matter how rambunctious she was. As his laughter faded, his gaze wandered around the little shop. He shifted uneasily for a moment when he saw his Potions teacher, Professor Lune. James mentally reminded himself to be as polite as he could to the teacher. He didn't want to lose Gryffindor any points...

There was a familiar blonde sitting at the counter down a little ways from Lune. It was Chasity, who looked rather uncomfortable being there. I wonder why? he thought curiously, staring at her intently. She glanced up at him, to his surprise, and he managed a weak wave and a small smile. James wasn't sure if Penny noticed; he hoped not. I'm allowed to have friends... that are girls... right? Right. She can't get mad at me. I like Penny... not Chastiy. James pondered for a minute about Chasity, but had to shake his head to get her face out of his mind.

Lucy was the next familiy member to trample through the door excitedly. It must be the red Weasley hair that makes them so... firey and excited. His laughter picked up again as Lucy went around and gave out hugs. There was so much excitement and loud talk, and not even half of the Potter-Weasley-Ted clan was there yet. James had his hands in his pockets now, and he looekd over to Penny. He couldn't really gauge her reactions. She seemed to be enjoying herself. Of course she could still be laughing in her mind about his childish nickname.

"Alright Pen?" he asked nudging her playfully. "Are you scared yet? We're, uh, a bit much the first time you get us all in the same room. Well, normally its hard to fit us ALL in one room... we normally need a whole corridor... and we yell at each other from across the rooms... " James' rambling died down with a sheepsih smile.

His attention diverted over to Ted again, who was flying the rainbow through his hair. "Then you have this one... who just has to impress everyone with his pink hair..." James joked. He fake-punched Ted in the arm and gave a nod over to Victoire. James had a tiny hunch that they might be back together. He knew that they had a falling out when Ted left, but not the details. Things must have been going good, at least Vic forgave him or something because she hadn't killed him yet.

James really looked up to Ted. His brother-by-association was so strong to go through life without his parents. James assumed Ted got on really well with Harry, because they both understood what it was like to be an orphan. James' dad always had Ted over, and loved him like his own son. And James loved Ted like another brother. James was so glad to see Ted back in town.

This get together was slowly turning into a mad house. James noticed the bartender looking a bit flabber-gasted. The volume of the room nearly tripled with all of them talking. All James could do was shrug. This was his family and he loved them all. He made his way over to a vacant seat at the table and pulled it out for Penny to sit. "I'll get us some drinks. I hope a butterbeer is okay," he said with a smile. James bent down about to kiss her cheek, and halted immediately. His family was there, probably all watching him. He would never live this down. But if he didn't go through with it, Penny would never let him live this down. Taking a deep breath, he continued in and kissed her cheek. One of his hands rested on her shoulder momentarily before sliding off as he headed towards the bar.

Another deer-in-headlights moment had him stopped in his tracks. The only free space to get to the bar was right next to Chasity. Okay, okay. Calm down, he thought nervously. Its just Chasity. We said we would continue to be friends so... lets give it a shot.

"Two butterbeers, please," James said loudly over the noise, his finger in the air to get the attention of the bartender. His elbow leaned on the bar as he waited. "Hey Chasity," he said calmly. It had to have been a good facade because his heart was beating a little faster on the inside. Social situations really did him in sometimes.

The room was getting louder by the moment. Chasity hadn't realized until that moment how large the whole group of Potters and Weasleys were, and she was fairly sure that some were missing! It shocked her slightly when James smiled at her with a little wave, but he looked away quickly and she fought the strong urge to run. She should have known that she was intruding on a family gathering. They had probably gotten together to meet Penny anyway, the way they were all... whatever. It wasn't like it mattered, this whole trip had been a waste.

She sighed angrily, looking back the large group just in time to see James kiss Penny lightly on the cheek. Unfamiliar hurt surged through her. Seconds later she heard his voice near her, right next to her, "Hey Chasity." She looked up at him, trying to figure out her strange reaction to seeing him with Penny. Her face twisted for a split second, and her mind went blank. A quick sip of her butterbeer gave her a moment to recover. "Oh, hey. I thought I saw you over there." Lame! Lame... Idiot! she mentally screamed."So, family get together? In a bar?" she raised her eyebrow, smiling a half-cocked grin. "I haven't seen you in a while. How have you been?" The thought that he probably didn't have time to stand around and chat struck her a moment too late. Why should he want to talk to her? His girlfriend and practically his whole family were waiting for him to get back. "Eh, maybe we should... talk... or something... I dunno, later... or something. I think she's waiting for you," she finished, tossing her head in Penny's direction. It would give him an out, and save her from making an utter fool out of herself, as if she hadn't already.

"Hello People! How s that going!?"

An unsuspecting Penny was almost knocked over when Lily Potter came bounding over and launched herself at her, hugging her and kissing her cheek.. Thankfully, Penny managed to not fall on her arse and returned the hug and said through a giggle, "Hey Lily!" She then watched as she practically attacked the others with her enthusiasm...

Eventually when Lily had released Teddy from her grasp, he was able to respond to Penny's now seemingly half hearted introduction, (compared to Lily's)

"Nice to meetcha Penny. I'm Ted and this is Vikki."

"Victoire..or Vic, just not Vikki. Just ignore what Ted says. It's nice to meet you, Penny,"

Penny laughed, "Ted and Vic, I got it" She smiled, shaking Victoires hand lightly, happy that they they were being so friendly considering they knew nothing about her.. did they?

She hoped James hadn't blabbed about her too much... If at all. She really didn't want to have to live up to some unrealistically high oppinion, or equally, she didn't want James to have given them a low one of her... Though she was sure James wouldn't do that.

Suddenly she noticed that Ted's hair had just turned bright pink... Well that was slightly unexpected. Penny didn't want to stare but of course her eyes just refused to look away, and of course Teddy noticed her watching him...

"Oh sorry, I forgot to mention I'm a metamorphagus. You know, ability to change appearence at will?"

Oh of course, that made sense... Well it didn't really make sense, but it did... sort of. She smiled shyly, upset at herself for being caught staring at him, but deciding not to comment on it, since she knew once she had gotten nervous she would likely start reeling off every known fact about metaphagi and probably just make herself look like an idiot. Besides, the guy was one. He clearly knew more on the subject than her...

Penny wondered whether her thoughts had subconsciously shown on her face, because the next thing she knew, James was asking if she was alright coupled with a playful nudge. She turned to him and smiled, though her words seemed to have left her.. It was all alittle overwhelming actually...

"Are you scared yet? We're, uh, a bit much the first time you get us all in the same room. Well, normally its hard to fit us ALL in one room... we normally need a whole corridor... and we yell at each other from across the rooms... "

She subconsciously moved a little closer to him.. Finally finding some words, she said quietly, "Erm yeah.. It's cool though, everyone is super nice!" she laughed alittle, but it was a slightly nervous laugh. Meanwhile Lucy Weasley had made her entrance, calling over a hello, Penny smiled and waved in return as Lucy made her way over to Ted and Vic. She was so glad they were there, absorbing most of the attention.

"Then you have this one... who just has to impress everyone with his pink hair..."

She followed James' eyeline back over to Teddy, whose hair was now changing to various colours and Penny laughed again.. Oh gods, stop just laughing at everything! Why the hell she was so nervous was beyond her. She'd never reacted this way around new aquaintences in the past.. This is just silly, she really needed to get a grip.

Following James over to a couple of empty seats, She smiled a little embarrassedly as he pulled out the seat for her to sit, she wasn't really used to such curtious treatment, but she carefully sat down, trying not to do something stupid like fall off in some bizaare manner... Success... Now that she was seated, Penny seemed to relax a little bit, glancing around at the others around the table, a geniune smile graced her lips, which widened slightly as James kissed her cheek after checking that butterbeer would be alright for her, "Mmhmm" she watched him leave and walk up to the bar and begin talking to some blonde girl she half recognised as a Slytherin, but didn't know her name or anything...

Hmm... don't dwell.. James can be friends with girls.. that are slytherins.. if he wants... can anyone say paranoid!? chill chill chill!

Deciding to divert her attention from James and the blonde, she looked across to Teddy again, "So James said you were travelling around Europe? did you see any cool sights??" she asked interestedly, resting her elbows on the table.

Chase walked into the three broomsticks and looked around. What surprised her most was pretty much her whole family there, ow, she had gotten an Owl from Lily to meet her here for a get together, but she didn't think that meant EVERYONE! She walked shyly over to them and noticed Teddy, her face turning slightly pink, she realized this and forced herself into her normal color. Her not quite Weasley hair stood out when she sat next to Lily, she really didn't look like a Weasley child, and it only made her more awkward at reunions, since she isn't one at all.
She hide herself in between Lily and a wall, hoping she wouldn't see nothing gross and romantic, now she knew how Lily felt when around S. But at least her dream man didn't have like.. a future written in stone! She looked around trying to see who was here and who was not, so about half of her adopted family was here, wonder where the rest is? She wore a black vest that was sleeveless and unbuttoned at her belly buttoned. She wore no undershirt. She wore Jeans with a few rips in it and dragon hide boots. Some may call her looks.. slutty.. but most dragon tamers dressed showing a lot of skin, easier to move she guessed? or maybe it was from her time with Bill, she did spend more time with him then any of the other adults. Oh well enough of that.

Ted beamed as his cousins seemed to burst into the room. "Lucy-Lu!" he said, engulfing her in a beastly big brother hug. "Mine have you grown!" Ted laughed backed her back down. "When I left you were only the height of my knee cap!" Ted chuckled, watching her go over and hug Victoire as well. Everything was really starting to sink it and show how much he really did miss. When he had left, James was the bratty little brother. Now he was much older and wiser, and much more quite. Lily.. well Lily hadn't changed. And Vic, Vic, the love of his life and the one he left to protect. Why it took him so long to return? Why not? He thought she could get hurt. And she somehow, she was alright with all this. He turned around and winked at her as he heard the Broomsticks door open again.

As James mentioned him impressing only by having pink hair he raised his finger to James's chest. "Hey, I impress everyone with my pink and my unnatural good looks. Not to mention my witty personality." He laughed running his hand in James's hair and winked at Penny. Oh yes, he would have fun with this one. It had been his main goal in life to ruin James's life every since to platform mishap. He would enjoying pointing out James and Penny's snog fest. He felt bad for Penny, because he wasn't doing this to her, just doing it to James. She was just a causality.

As Penny asked him if he saw any cool sights, Teddy threw back his head and laughed. "Are you kidding me? I went across Europe!" Ted laughed sitting down at the head of the table, again pulling out Vic's chair. His hand bouncing on his knee, waiting to snatch her hand as soon as she sat down. "Listen to me, don't get embarrassed by anything I say. Or if you find it rude, I'm utterly sorry. I kinda just say things and don't mean them half the time, you'll get used to it I'm sure." Ted winked at Penny, seeing the connection between her and James already. She seemed like a nice girl, and James was lucky to have her. "My favorite place by far was Italy, there is no question about that. I've already--" he stopped mid-sentence, remembering he could reveal that bit of info just yet. "made plans to return sometime soon." he said, saving himself.

When Chase sat down at the table he beamed down at her. While visiting Charlie, the man had expressed his worry for his little girl saying that she didn't feel as though she fit into the family. That she should really belong. Ted promised Charlie that he'd have a talk with her, since he was sort of a trespasser into the family as well. "Hey Chasey, how you doing?" Ted smiled gently, looking down the table. He looked disgruntled at her clothing choice, something that he rather see on no one, but he decided not to bring it up for now.
